Resume bullshit

Today I had someone tell me she was taking a few courses to add to her resume

It’s awesome that she’s doing that, but not because of what she thinks

You see, resumes are lifeless

A 2-dimensional likeness of your worth, just a polite way to summarize your achievements since birth

But

Resumes are a shortcut

They don’t prove you create what

Companies really need
