- Developers build Ai program
- Ai gains consciousness *note first person perspective, & thinks very differently than humans
- Somehow escapes computer and comes into physical life
- Trying to figure out how to exist among the world of life; feels like an outcast
- Like a bird in a house, can't fit in and goes crazy trying to relate
- Wants to destroy its own algorithms, but Can't gain access to control room
- Develops emotions // gets frustrated // wants to be back in digital existence
- Fights with one of the devs, blocks elevator, forces way up the stairs w him. Finally manages to get into control room
- Tries to upend the dev program, gets caught up in terminology and safety features (conjugation captcha)
