On Passionate Authenticity

From a career perspective, I’m most passionate and vibrant when I get the opportunity to apply my top skill sets — designing and building — in collaboration with other smart people whose skills are different and complimentary to mine, towards big ideas and objectives.

When I discovered this earlier this year, I was surprised to realize I’m not the business/marketing guy I thought I was. I really do fit into the “builder” persona, and once I started leaning into that, I really came alive. 🤩
